FOUNDER & PRESIDENT:

Annie worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse in New York City where she was involved in M&A transactions as well as equity and debt financings. She also worked in investment banking at CIBC World Markets in Canada. Not only does Annie have a highly accomplished Wall Street background, she also launched her own business, OnPoint Business Plans. She has direct and relevant experience to help entrepreneurs succeed in building and growing their business. Some of the businesses she helped while in investment banking include:

Annie has developed insightful and useful workshops for startups. She gives these workshops to many prestigious universities and incubators such as Columbia University, Endless Frontiers Labs, Next AI, Montreal Inc, MT Lab and many more. Annie is also a mentor and business consultant for several organizations such as HEC’s Executive Education program, Next AI, and La Piscine.

Annie has an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a Beta Gamma Sigma member after graduating with top honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Annie has sat on many boards of directors throughout her career. Annie brings her experience and expertise to each of the projects taken on by OnPoint. She oversees all projects and makes sure it exceeds our client’s expectations, one client at a time.

We started OnPoint Business Plans with a simple concept: Use our Wall Street Investment Banking experience to help small business owners succeed. We wanted to use our knowledge and expertise in advising Fortune 500 companies and apply these same concepts to help passionate entrepreneurs pursue their dreams.

FAQ

  • For the delivery of specific documents and depending on the type of project, the delivery of a business plan, financial model or pitch deck takes on average 3-4 weeks.
  • Rush service available. For an additional fee, we can offer the delivery of your document within 2 weeks. Email us for more information.
  • We provide you with unlimited changes for 30 days after we deliver the final product. We will make all the changes you want until you are completely satisfied with the finished product.
  • For our fixed fee projects, we ask for a 50% upfront payment before we start the project. The remaining 50% is due before we send you the first draft.
  • For our consulting business (hourly fee), we send our clients an invoice monthly which is due upon receiving.
  • Yes, every business plan includes an industry analysis, a market analysis, a SWOT and a competitive analysis. We can also provide a more thorough market research analysis for an additional fee.
  • Yes! We provide comments and feedback on how to improve your business plan, pitch deck and financial model. We charge an hourly fee.
